Cattleman and sheep herders colide in this comical tale of the OOOOOOOLLLLLLDDD WEST! This cartoon many times had the ending cut. This one is in its entirety and uncut Droopy in this one is a sheepherder. Droopy is an animated cartoon character: an anthropomorphic dog with a droopy face, hence the name Droopy. He was created in 1943 by Tex Avery for theatrical cartoon shorts produced by the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer cartoon studio.
